Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Shipping Caps LLC, operator of the HORSE HONEY brand, has a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited commercial email. This policy explains how we handle email marketing and what we require of anyone who promotes our products.
1. Permission-Based Email Only
We send commercial email only to people who have given us permission to do so. Permission is obtained when you:
- Submit your email address through a form on our website and agree to receive communications.
- Place an order — in which case we send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and support replies.
- Request information from our customer service team.
We never purchase, rent, trade, or harvest email lists, and we do not send email to addresses collected from third-party sources without consent.
2. What Our Emails Always Include
- Accurate "From", "To", and routing information identifying Shipping Caps LLC as the sender.
- A subject line that honestly reflects the content of the message.
- A clear identification that the message is an advertisement, where applicable.
- Our valid physical postal address.
- A clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing message.
3. How to Unsubscribe
You may stop receiving marketing email at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send, or
- Emailing support@shippingcaps.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe".
Opt-out requests are processed promptly and in all cases within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages related to an order you have already placed, such as shipping confirmations.
4. Text Messages
We do not send marketing text messages unless you have expressly opted in to receive them. If you have opted in, you may stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Rules for Affiliates and Third-Party Promoters
Anyone who promotes our products — including affiliates, media buyers, and agencies — must comply with this policy and with all applicable law. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
- Using purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped email lists.
- Falsifying header information, sender names, return paths, or routing data.
- Using deceptive or misleading subject lines.
- Omitting a functional unsubscribe mechanism or a valid physical address.
- Continuing to email a recipient after an opt-out request.
- Posting unsolicited promotional messages to newsgroups, forums, comment sections, or social platforms in violation of their rules.
- Representing themselves as Shipping Caps LLC or as an employee of the company.
Violation of these rules results in immediate termination of the promotional relationship, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and, where warranted, referral to the appropriate authorities.
6. Reporting Spam
If you receive an email that appears to promote our products and you believe it violates this policy, report it to support@shippingcaps.com with the subject line "Spam Report". Please include the full message with its complete headers so we can investigate.
We investigate every report. If a third party is found to be responsible, we take the action described in Section 5.
7. Legal Compliance
Our email practices are designed to comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable regulations governing commercial electronic messages.
8. Your Data
How we collect, store, and use your email address is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
